Refund and Returns Policy

At Carpets Abu Dhabi, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality carpets, flooring products, and professional installation services across Abu Dhabi and the UAE. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle product returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made through our website or in-store.
Product Returns
We accept returns only for unused and undamaged carpet products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
- Customized or cut-to-size carpets are not eligible for return unless defective.
Please contact our support team at info@carpetsabudhabi.com before returning any item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your carpet arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will inspect the issue and arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Installation service fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
Service Cancellation
For carpet fixing and installation services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a partial service charge.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-sized carpets or special orders
- Carpets that have been installed or altered
- Clearance or promotional items
