1. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving your product or completion of service.
After 10 days from delivery or service completion, we cannot offer any refund or exchange under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return/refund, the item must:
• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be in the same condition as delivered
• Be in its original packaging (if applicable)
• Not show any signs of damage, misuse, alteration, or incorrect installation not caused by our team
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these eligibility conditions.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund

3. Return Shipping
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return or replacement cost.
Change of Mind (Non-Custom Items Only):
Customer is responsible for return transportation costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Most of our products are customized according to customer measurements, designs, or specifications, including:
• Wall-to-wall carpets
• Custom size rugs
• Vinyl / SPC flooring
• Artificial grass
• Carpet tiles
• Stair carpets
• Outdoor carpets
Custom orders and installation services are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the following cases:
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product supplied
• Installation result significantly different from agreed specifications
Customers are strongly advised to carefully verify measurements, materials, colors, and specifications before confirming custom orders.
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.

6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• You will receive confirmation regarding approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Delivery or installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your delivery arrives damaged:
• Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged product.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
8. Order & Service Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided cutting, customization, or installation work has not begun.
Once production, cutting, customization, material procurement, or installation has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
